Lab Testing

 Lab work plays a key role in knowing your health. Know your numbers request a C-Reactive Protein (CRP)Test and a PLAC Test in addition to your normal  standard blood-work panels. These numbers are very important and NUMBERS don't lie.

About Me

 
I flatlined three times,  My ejection fraction was  10-15%, I was overweight, out of shape, and in 90 days lost over 55 lbs., my ejection fraction went to over 50% normal.

​How? Diet , Exercise, and Natural Remedies, and I am working towards removing the remaining plaque in my arteries Naturally! 

Today ten years later still going strong and have the arteries of a 38 year old! 

 190 lbs and holding steady over 75 lbs lost. My EF is 68% today and I have been off  of all  medications for many years.  Medication free!

Two Types Soft and Calcified Plaque 
Soft plaque is like say pouring bacon fat down your sink and begins to narrow the arteries no test current to check for this except if you do your CRP test and Lp2a test these are inflammation markers and if they are out of range the odds are you have soft plaque. Monitor you BP and pulse rates.
​Calcified will be discovered on a CT heart scan soft will not.
